Details of Various Categories of Temples in the State

3State delivery category temple 343 The responsibility of maintenance of management and property of delivery class temples is that of the concerned delivery. They also have class temples under some temple renas as delivery. There are mainly two types of temples at the end:
  • Service worship and property care to various groups / elbows / owners / scholars and institutions by the rulers of the former native states
  • Mandir delivered to various institutions / persons in Kalantar by Devesthan Department
In these, the instructions of the Shikayats of many temples have been appointed as new deliverymen. For example, 59 out of 400 mandiro of the Trapati delivery category have been removed from the delivery category by the State Government's Resident Number P.5 (23) Dev / 94 Jaipur dated 29.9.2008.

5Annuity (Enuity) Received Temple 48466Temples with annuities (NUTs) set by the Jagir Department as a result of the reclamation of the jagirs of the temples / monasteries.
6Temple under Mandal Act 2 Temples for which separate special temple mandal act has been made. The number of such temples is only two-
  • Srinath Ji Temple, Nathadwara, Rajasamand, Rajasthan
  • Snavalia Ji Temple, Chitoudgarh, Rajasthan
7Temple under Prenyas 3385 Temples under the prepositions (trusts) formed under the provisions of Rajasthan Public Prereas Act 1959. There are also some temple delivery class temples.
8Unregistered / Registered Temples with Apology / Agricultural Land existing in rural areas There are also a large number of temples in the state which are neither directly under the Department of Devasthan nor the Rajasthan in the Department of Devasthan are under the pre-constituted (trusts) of the Public Preyas Act. Their management is a 7-member committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Reforms Department dated 07.12.2009.
9Private temple Temples that have been built privately in Kalantar.
10Other temples Temples that are built on various public lands, but no clear or valid record of their ownership is available on them and their land.
